Where to begin'
Lets start with the neighbors that have high volume domestic disputes from sun up to sun down and throughout the night.
The swarms of disrespectful children screaming nonstop.
The teenagers that stare you down and refuse to move out of your way as you're driving through your parking lot.
The freshly licensed teenagers with loud lowriders racing around the buildings all hours of the day & night.
One outdated non maintained washing machine per building (12 apartments), appliances are extremely outdated.
Everything is painted over example: hinges, lightswitches, faucets.
Air conditioners & windows have no insulation which makes for a cold winter / hot summer.
The maintenance crew is nonresponsive unless pestered and has no experience, they retile without cleaning up the previous hack job.
When I confronted them about severe potholes they disregarded my complaint because it was too expensive to fix as my car is going into the garage for new tire rods & struts.
The hot water heater is shared which means no hot showers unless you're an early bird or a night owl, it gets worse during the cold months.
The basketball court is horrible, no rims, plywood backboards, cracked asphault, basically useless.
On a good note the landscaping is great, but I suppose that is how they suck you into these dumps.
