Good location, large apartments, not a bad place.

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2001
There is no security deposit and a two month lease, so there is a rotating population of people moving to the NH/MA area looking for housing. The neighbors rotate pretty quickly.
Parking - Ample parking, but there have been car theft problems (my car was almost stolen). We had a Security guy who drove the parking lots for a while, but that was a couple of years ago. He?s not here anymore.
Noise -My building is quiet, but the neighboring buildings have been noisy. Also, large population of children can get noisy at times while playing.
Applicances - Some are aging, but they are pretty good about replacing them when needed.
Freeway access - We are REALLY close to I-93, but around the Holidays getting past the mall to get to the highway can take as much as 20-25 extra minutes.
