i can totally agree with all the bad things said about this place because i live here. they let us move in without disclosing the HUGE roach problem and when we complained the unbeliveably rude and callus office staff
told us we were welcome to move out after the manager pat consoli admitted she knew about the roaches. that bring me to the rodents it is a weekly chore for us to search the apartment for mouse hideouts to make sure we clean up the giant piles of rodent droppings so we dont get sick my 2 year old daughter was found with a dead mouse in her hand, a victim of the rat poison
we have to constantly keep in our home. oh yeah if you want to take a hot shower you better wake up at 3 in the morning beacuse thas the only time youll get hot water this place is a dump a ghetto dump and i wish i could sue the crap out of the peoplewho own it

Comfort you! When I am looking back at my days in Brook Village West, and looking at the reviews after me, I feel greatly lucky, since I never had a rodent problem. I am not very sure why, but maybe I am not the first floor. Never choose first floor, unless you enjoy the bugs and any other animals. I was on the second floor. By the end of the first week, I found roaches in my kitchen, lots of them, little ones. I bought a box of the roach repellent or something from Wal-mart, and they worked pretty well. Through out my one-year stay, I haven't had any issue with roaches. But the apartment is using some kind of weird insulation. Everything in the room is easty to get rotten, and mold grew fast in the bath room. I didn't know the reason, but when I moved to another city and lived in a much better apartment, this issue never happened. I was surprised since there was no mold at all after ONE WEEK, and when one month passed by, I was even more surprised. You know, that's absolutely impossible in Brook Village West. From November to early May, the apartment is always abnormally warm, especially when the spring is coming. I tured off the heating and put it to the lowest temperature, but I still had to open the window every morning so that I can wear my clothes before I left for work.
