I've been here for almost a year and I have not had any issues. Yes, they spray for mice and "insects" but I have to say I have seen less than a handfull of any type of insect in my apartment and no mice. I have had no safety issues, and while neighbors are loud periodically, you get that anywhere.

My biggest applause goes to the maintenance crew who came and fixed everything within 3 days of my moving in (including replacing the entire kitchen floor). They have been great.
