Boy the last e-mail was harsh but true.
This place is a joke and the new management just does not care.
They feel that if they treat you to a morining cup of coffee or some pizza by the pool it is supposed to make up for everything they are doing wrong.
They try to call this place a community but it is more like a dump.
The walls in the buildings at least in the front one are a mess.
There is always trash in the hallways and the management will walk right over it to show an appartment.
When I moved in I was promised a quiet living space but that hasn't happened.
I have come to the conclusion that they do not pre screen anyone as long as you can come up with the deposit and 1st month you can move in.
If you don't want to pay after that it will take a good 5-6 months to have you evicted.
You can make as much noise as you want and no one cares because the management turns a blind eye on everything.
OH YEA you get pizza and coffee.
Lets talk about the coffee day.
The sign was posted for between 7am and 9pm and these were left on all the apartment doors.
Do you think they were there until 9pm' The pizza party' Like I want to meet the people that cause me pain everyday because they party to all hours of the night and then tear up the place when they move in and out.
