This past weekend: 11/11/2008 to 11/14/2008 there was an unpresidented ice storm here in NH and this building lost electricty. Unfortunately the range is electric so you couldn't cook and the heat stopped working and to make matters worse... the water stopped. You couldn't flush the toilet and had no water period. Now don't you think that this place would have at least an emergency generator to keep the heat and water going... the answer is NO!! The emergency lights failed after a some time on 11/12/2008 and you were without lighting in the halls. The pipes bursted in the building and caused damage to apartments. For the amount of money these people charge for rent, there should be better service to the people who live here. The rent in the building is high by NH standards but you do have some convineances.

One other interesting thing is that they make you sign a asbestos and lead paint waver when you move sign your lease. Of course this building was built in 2004, and those items were illegal to be used in construction at that time, so to this day I can't figure out why you have sign that waver. Do they actually have those thing in this building which would be harmful to humans and pets'

They also make you sing a waver that you will not take them to court but settle for an arbitrator instead you have any issues with them. It really makes you wonder why they would say that.
