This place can be or may not be the place for you, so to make it simple I will just list the pros and cons.

Pros:
Pool, fitness room, ample parking, management responds to maintenance problems in a timely manner.

Cons: Next to Wal-Mart, the only way to enter or exit is by driving through the Wal-Mart entrance so you have to put up with the terrible Wal-Mart class drivers that don't pay attention and pull out of the parking lot without stopping, oh and don't bother honking or do anything unless you enjoy being flipped the middle finger by people with no class.

The Wal-Mart shared entrance is the least of the problems with this place.

During the summer, people living in both buildings go to Wal-Mart and bring the Wal-Mart carts all the way to the building and leave them next to the entrance until they go back to shop at Wal-Mart again, if you see this a a plus then this place is for you and it will save you the trouble of getting the cart from the entrance at the store, but if you are educated and have respect for the place you live, you will not appreciate living next to neighbors that don't care about the appereance of the place.

On top of the carts, there is trash in the floor all the time when you enter the building, some people can't be bothered using the trash can in the entrance so it is just easier for them to use the floor, and why not, nobody does anything about it.

Then there are the large dogs, the website says that there are restrictions, but if you allow rottweilers, pitbulls, labradors, german shepherds, what can you possibly restrict when you are allowing the most viscious breeds that are near or over 100 pounds, even if you are a small dog owner, would you feel safe walking your dog next to a loud barking pit that growls and barks at you when you are leaving or entering the premises' There is no screening done so as long as you or the government can cover the rent payment to move in, then you are all set, it doesn't matter if you are a drug dealer or smoker as long as you have the money, expect to see them smoking inside in the hallways and outside in the parking lot.

This place offers a very nice small apartment with many amenities but the cons outweigh the pros tremendously, besides being very expensive, you simply have to realize that you will be living next to Wal-Mart and that is the type of neighbor you will have, while it's good to have a 24 hour store right next to you, the typical no class customer living in your building will not make up the difference with the frustrations.

Look elsewhere before renting from this place.
