Been here a few months, the place is only getting better. Most of the dirtbags have been chased out, leaving a majority of young families. Haven't seen a roach, but to be safe we put traps in after reading the above post. I suspect that as the dregs of the development are chased out, they will take their habits and any roaches with them.
