I just moved here back in September, and I can tell you right now, its a nightmare! First of all, your cars, are far from protected. For instance, I just got a new car and I parked it in the lot by my building,where we are supposed to park. When I got up the next morning, there was a huge chip in the paint because someone elses door hit my car. The lines for parking are so close together, it doesn't really leave any room to get out, and of course if you run into some of the people I do there, they hit your car when they get out and they don't even care. I brought this up to mgmt, and all they said to me was you park at your own risk and that I should park a little further away. I was furious!!! Thats the first big problem. Secondly, there is about 24 units per building and I kid you not, there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the whole building!!! Here is the dilemma, every week I go to do my laundry and the same person is doing five loads and taking up all the time. I end up doing my laundry at 9pm at night. This place is a joke! If you want your car to get damaged, especially in winter, when the mgr tells me it gets worse, and having to do laundry at 9pm at night, then come on over!
