I have lived here for 8 whole years, and i do love it. at first my neighbors played loud music and as soon as i told management it stopped. The place is maintained very well. maintenance staff are very pleasant, proffesional and you can trust them. the manager is tough, but does her job well. most units are owned individually so if the carpet is torn, blame your own landlord not the whole condo community. if you get roaches, which we did once, they clean up the whole entire block!! right away. once i had a wacky neighbor, she was evicted. the trash is picked on time. repairs are done right away. The only reason i am leaving is that i am goin out of state, but this is a very child friendly community with good neighbors. Its also diverse. most of the reviews citing drug dealers are a lie, they see hispanic pple and assume that!! we have lots of salem police that live here, and the cars patrol at night. Go ahead and live here. its peaceful, quiet and worth it.
