I have lived here for about 1 & 1/2 years. The grounds are kept pretty clean and they keep the hallways and entrances clean (They clean and vacuum them every week). There is only 2 washers and 2 dryers on the first floor for 24 apartments. It can be a challenge sometimes to wash your clothes, but people in my building are curteous and take their things out right away. The apartment itself is ok...I have a pretty old stove that broke, but they fixed it the same day. In the summers I usually have an ant problem for at least a month even though I don't even live on the first floor- that sucks. Also the apartments do not have cable hook ups in the bedrooms. What I do like, is the fact that they have extra storage in the attic that you can lock your things in. Another thing is all apartments are not the same! I was disappointed when I moved here to see it was NOTHING like my friends' apartment 3 buildings down! They had newer appliances, different wall paper, different sized closets, and different colors of thier bathroom fixtures :/ (Their apartment looks way better than mine does even though they are the "same") Just make sure you look at the actual one you're moving into before moving there. All in all, it's a decent place to live if you're short on cash.
