Not great, not the worst but not great - I am probably the lowest maintenance guy you could meet, so Brook Village is ok for me. BUT, there are some glaring issues. No no no no Salem is a nice place to live, but NOT HERE. This place is full of drug dealers and vandals. You can have your clothes stolen from the laundry room. We had police in our building one time busting in on one of the tenants for god knows what. Best not to ask.

Not a problem I've been here for almost a year and I have not had any issues. Yes, they spray for mice and "insects" but I have to say I have seen less than a handfull of any type of insect in my apartment and no mice. I have had no safety issues, and while neighbors are loud
