I lived in this apartment complex a couple of years ago. When the apartment was first rented the manager was wonderful. After one month we started to recieve calls almost daily that the children could not ride bikes on the sidewalks, grass, or parking area. You would see and hear the maintnance man creeping around at all hours of the night. We had black mold ! There are test kits at Home Depot for those of you who need proof that the mold is bad for your health. When you get the results from the mold kit you need to take it to the town offices. They will send it into the State to get results. If in fact it is bad for your familys health, The owners should be notified. Not the office manager. If you tell The office manager she will not tell the owners !!!! My advice '''' Get out if you can. My son has respatory problems now. And the Dr's are willing to bet it had to do with the mold. By the way I had no pets and my house was spotless at any given time. Dont let her tell you its because you can not clean the mold properly.
