well its been a little over a month since my wife and I have moved in, and I have to say its been awsome, its not loud, at least not durring the sleeping hours, I could care less durring the day cause im either not home or making noise my self, I think they painted the hall ways twice since I have been thier. The property managers dont put up with disrespectful tenants, and when something needs to be done it gets done with in a couple of days. So fare my only complaint is parking, thier are no assigned spots. Its not that bad cause thier is plenty of spots to park. Pets are not allowed but plenty of people have them, its kind of like ---- in the military, dont ask dont tell.
