Overall - well worth the money

If you like Mill buildings, I would recommend Emerson Mills. Location is OK - one side is next to a waterfall, other side is street-side (questionable area). Suncook is between Manchester/Concord, and the rent is very reasonable. The apartments are clean and spacious. Excellent maintenance - quick and reliable.
