Trash hole for rent !!!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I have lived in the building for the last year and have come to find the following faults.
*management is very poor
*trash pickup is a problem (over flowing dumpsters)
*very poor parking conditions
*poor snow removal
