I moved in here in June2003.The Person in charge here was Cheryl Nead.She was an awesome person who would get things done. She went to bigger and better things and this place went to HELL.BUT!!This is a BEAUTIFUL BUILDING!There is a waterfall rite out side my window.The schools are Very good and the P.D. and F.D.and Allenstown are better than most small towns.Tenents are responsible for their trash.Some find it hard to get to the dumpster,they are PIGS!!I still Love this Place.Cheap rent too!
