There are serious mold issues in the apartment I lived in and in the other ones I saw. The management is TERRIBLE changing managers at least 3 times a year'' The management was HORRIBLE at keeping track of who paid rent and when. The management was PATHETIC at realizing tenants had paid the full amount of their lease--sending out letters saying tenants had broken their lease when in fact the FULL amount was paid every month to the end of the lease. Did they lose the checks' The tennnants moved out and were not living there (Emerson Mill management was NOT understanding in the least of ANY WAY, but as agreed in the signed lease, the full monthly amount was paid by the tenants until the lease was over.

Apparently Brady Sullivan needs to take a look at what is going on there at Emerson "Swill". I hope they do not run their other properties this way!
