Emerson Mills is now individual condos, pet friendly, beautiful views of the Suncook river, good main street feeling, and a wonderful place to live. only renters here are through private agreements which is great, everyone is nice and wehaven't had any major problems. If your buying here make sure your windows open correctly, and stay open---we are having to replace ours to the tune of 3000.00 or so.
