People are not bad to deal with. I am finding that their lease termination policy is very expensive and not very friendly to tenants buying their own home. I have been offered by a friend to buy his house at a very good price and the landlord is trying to soak me for an additional 3 months rent to terminate the lease. This I have found is not good for buying a home. If you are going to be in the market for a house, do not rent from here. You will be buying two houses!
