My family and I lived at Haley Park Apartments for two years and found it to be a
very positive experience. The apartments are very new (only six months old when we moved in) and they are kept in immaculate condition: the property manager Carol Mattern holds to the standard of a 5 star hotel in cleanliness and maintenance. Guests often mentioned they felt as if they were in a beautiful hotel as they walked through the lobby.
The two-bedroom third-floor apartment we occupied was sunny, very spacious, and extremely quiet. Storage/closet space was plentiful. I found Konover Residential to always be very responsible: any maintenance issues were promptly dealt with, the grounds are well kept, and there are additional conveniences, such as an elevator, carports, and storage units at no additional charge.
I can unreservedly recommend Haley Park, and would make it my first choice if I decide to move back to the Keene/Swanzey area.
