Keep Looking!!!

I have lived here for over 8 years. At first it was nice, then the manager started renting to more and more younger people (I guess because the rent is cheap, considering.) These people move into the complex with that "dormitory" mentality. They are loud, rude and just don't care about living around other people. I can't tell you how many times I had to call the police for noise disturbances.

The worse, is that the walls are paper thin, I'm talking rice paper thin! There is absolutey no insulation between the apartments. You are "forced" to hear your neighbors every move and in turn, then are forced to hear you too. Some "neighbors" also leave their garbage outside their door (in the hallway).

There is no area for kids or teenagers to play, so they end up playing outside your window in the parking lot! All spring and summer I was forced to listen to screaming kids on bicycles and teenagers slamming skateboards on the concrete!

Parking can be tight, as every tenant seems to have two cars. Also, some tenants think they own certain prime spots, and will do nothing short of leaving their cars parked there for days so you can't get the space. Ridiculous!

There are only two washers and two dryers for 24 units. Forget about doing your laundry on the weekends. The maintenance was the best feature, as the lone maintenance man was very nice and dependable. The manager himself could be a bit rude and unpleasant to deal at times. In the end, I didn't feel comfortable with him.

The buildings themselves seem to have a "junkyard" look, as tenants on the first floor are allowed to leave their personal belongings (old tires, tools, tarps, etc.) on the common grounds.

The units themselves are very spacious, but again, ruined by the paper thin walls! And if your window faces the parking lot--you will be forced to listen to all kinds of noise.

All-in-all, you get what you pay for. Yes the rent is cheap, but you get a lot of problems with it.
