Don?t rent from Chiplin unless you want to get ripped off.

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001
 
Three years ago they were ok, then they came under new management. It?s been a steep downhill battle since then. They regularly break state and local laws and regulations most recently breaking NH state law Chapter 540-A:3 article 1.

A major thumbs down. They just don't care.
