Chiplin, is run by a lady that came from the bronx with no money, only married her husband for the money aspect. These people are extremly rude, and refused to fix 2 holes in our kitchen floor that were rotting out by the refridgerator. (they were like that when we moved in) There were broken drawers in the kitchen, and cabinet doors as well. Holes in the screens and a cracked window in our daughters room. ALL OF WHICH WE WERE TOLD WOULD BE FIXED. maitnence was awful, and never came, they plowed but did not sand or salt. They did not shovel. This was one of their better apartments.

We broke our lease and went to court, of course favored in their side because we broke out lease, but left not loosing any money.

Pam is a money hungry ----- who gives two craps about their rental units. They lie and cheat you out of money. IF you are smart you will not rent from these bozo's.

If you do rent from them you will soon see what we are talking about and others as well.

There are plenty of other places and we suggest renting from anyone else but them!!! There listings stay available for months at a time in the paper, watch and see.

Not only do they have a lease for you to sign which violates NH and VT laws (which they did alter and sign for us) but if you are 1 day late on rent they start sending eviction notices.

We stayed with Chiplin after we sold our house and needed to move immediately, and boy what a bad thing that was. We know many others including people from the state welfare office in Lebanon that have heard many bad things about Chiplin.

Do your family a favor and go else where.

i totally believe it.Recently viewed an apt by them in Leb for 750 mo and what a rathole.Not even an apt really.A renovated house.Id rather spend the extra 100 and live in a nice complex.What a ripoff1
