I love it here! I just moved in a few months ago and I could not speaker higher of my apartment and this complex. The office staff are so nice and helpful. Every other place I have lived made it a hassle to lease and move in, but they made it such an easy and swift process. I was moving because of an extremely stressful personal situation and they showed me they cared and really made me feel at home here. If you like the apartments and the floorplans, live here! I don't think you would be disappointed.

The truth is, everyone's experience is valid. If I do not live in the apartment with you, I cannot say that you experience is not what you have described. Reading the reviews and how opposing they are reminds me of how some people can work with a supervisor, while others find that same supervisor impossible to deal with. Sometimes I have had extremely positive experiences with the office staff, depending on what the name of this place was at the time; while other times my husband and I have had to bypass the staff on the site and call the owners of the complex to resolve issues that NEVER should have arisen. Some of us do not expect perfection within apartment complexes; however, when you start messing up with a person's money, expect to get your butt chewed out -particularly if it has happened more than once. I do understand that two people can live in the same complex, different or same buildings and have two entirely opposite experiences with management, maintenance, and parking - although most of us agree about the parking; it should improve. I still live at the Avalon and have experienced most of what has been written, which includes, quick staff help, lousy staff attitudes, depending upon the flavor of a person???s mood on a given day; garbage on the stairwell (building 6), very horrible and inconsiderate neighbors who will not only keep you up at night, but will allow friends to visit and park in your space ??? knowing it is yours! I have also experienced more considerate neighbors. The bottom line is, when it gets to be too much, I will be gone. I am nearing that point now. Therefore I honestly believe that each person has the right to be believed or at least acknowledged when they state what their particular experience has been. The Avalon???s owners run a business like any other business. They are out to make money. After all, that is the bottom line in business for some; while others honestly seek to provide a service worthy of the price charged. Nothing positive enough has happened at the Jefferson, Versailles, or Avalon to warrant those prices! Have I had some good experiences? Yes. Have I had plenty of bad experiences? Yes. Everyone???s experience is justified simply because they have lived it; not because someone does or does not agree with it.
