PLACE TO LIVE, BUT THATS IT

NO INSULLATION, VERY DRAFTY. WALLS ARE TOO THIN. YOU HERE EVERYTHING YOUR NEIGHBORS ARE SAYING OR DOING...ALL ELECTRIC, NO LAUNDRY, MAINTNECE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY, BUT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX PROBLEMS. OFFICE PEOPLE ARE NOT FREINDLY.PARKING IS HORRIBLE, UNLESS YOU LIVE IN THE BACK.APARTMENTS IN FRONT ARE WELL MAINTAINED, BUT AS SOON AS YOU TURN THE CORNER, IT IS A WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY.
