Ken Gardens is not bad at all. The community has improved alot. When I moved in, the place was not as nice as it is now. Maintenance has responded quickly to my calls and they are very courteous. The lady at the rental office is very pleasant and tries to have tenants work together in maintaining the property clean. Management is not a problem here its some of the tenants that dont cooperate in following rules. I have and will keep recomending people to Ken Gardens.

Ken Gardens is a nice name for the project's. I have lived her for a few years and can't wait for the chance to get the f**k out of here. There are shopping cart's everywhere,no parking, no english speaking people in the office if there is anybody there, no security,no laundry, dog ---- everywhere you step, crack addict's and seller's everywhere, no light's outside in the alley's and shady people everywhere. It is sad, the apartment's are very nice inside if you actually take care of them but it seems like the people that live here are nothing but trash. People getting shot in the parking lot, raped in there apartment's ans ton's of break in's...It's not safe and with everything electric if you are not like the other "Ghetto" resident's and get that paid for by the goverment then your looking at at least $250monthly for a one bedroom unit... They should just bulldoze the place it is really,really,really BAD!
