We recently had a nice sewer backup that came up though our tub and toilet that overflowed well into the carpeted hallway. Guess who got to clean it up' Yes, tenants. Guess how long it took the maintenance guys to respond because it happened on a Sunday' Three to four hours.

Two cars in our closest parking lot have been broken into in the last 3 months and one completely stolen.

They let anyone with a deposit move in now. There are families with 4 kids and 2 parents in the one bedroom apartment. The new tenants across the lawn from us own a pit bull that is rarely on a leash. And a tenant to the right has a large german shepard that is also not on a leash. When asked to leash them they tell you that they are voice trained. Except they are not. Nothing like going to work and having a 100lb german shepard jump up on you full of mud and having to change and not even an apology.

Police said around 10:30 p.m., Joseph Kungel, 24, called local authorities to North Concourse, where he lives. He said that he had gone to the apartment complex, located on Matawan Avenue, to visit a relative when a man yelled at him and then approached him and tried to rob him, according to Deputy Chief John Powers.

There is no "help" of anykind. Margie the management clerk does nothing except give you lip service. Stay away! It is not worth it.
