Ken Gardens has gone way down in living conditions and security. Many buildings now have roaches and other infestations such as fleas from people that do not take care of their dogs. That is another issue - dog feces all over from the same pet owners time and time again. Since there is no real enforcement of curbing the dogs, they continue to do it.

I wish dog feces was the biggest problem in Ken Gardens, but it is far from it. There are kids that just sit out in the parking lot/out of the stairs to the buildings and just play their music/fight/yell until about 11pm or so. These are the same "kids" and I use that term loosely, that bust out car windows for entertainment.

Also want to add, that if you do sign a lease, change the locks on the door, even though you get charged $150 for "defacing" the property, you DO NOT want anyone else to have the key to your apartment because things will be "missing" and you cannot prove that the wonderful maintenance people did it.
