I have lived at this complex for 5 years and for the first four years it was not that bad since the management followed through with any issues and maintence requests. Now they have an imcompentent management team that does not respond to tenants at all. They have just let anyone who can pay the rent move in. They update things to give the appearance of a nice living environment, but it is just an appearance and there are tenants who use the courtyard as a keep all for personal belongings and management has no control over their tenants with pets. It is quite unfortunate since it is in a nice location, but the views of the premises are deceiving for the tenants that live there.
