Don't have an emergency on the weekend because they will deem it a "non-emergency"

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008

Recently I had to call for a maintenance person to come right over due to sewage coming up into my tub.

I called the number for Ken Gardens and the recording gave me another number for an emergency.

I talked to the operator and told them the problem.

Then the "maintenance" person called me on my phone and proceeded to tell me that this is not an emergency and then started screaming "I'M NOT GOING TO GET PAID FOR THIS BECAUSE IT IS NOT AN EMERGENCY.

I HAVE TO TRAVEL FROM RED BANK!!!!!!" And then proceeded to hang up on me.

I called again to the operator and was never called back.

I called 3x after that an no response whatsoever.

I had to call a plumber and pay him out of pocket to get sewage to stop coming up to my apartment.

I'm not even going to start with the neighbors and the welfare "section 8" they let in - they describe it on their site as "Housing Vouchers Welcome"

That says it all in a nutshell for me.
