I have great neighbors and I love my apartment. It is a little small but cozy. I have no complaints of noise. I am a little shocked with the previous posts as I am not experiencing these problems. Great complex, next to a lot!

This was probably created by Janet in the leasing office,I can almost guarantee it......Hey Janet if you read this,try maintaining your WHOLE complex,only maintaining the front half of the complex while the buildings in the back have shutters hanging off or missing all over the place and exteriors that look like they havent been powerwashed or maintained for years is a shame..this could be a really nice complex if they paved the other half of the lot they didn't do in July and if you got some painters/powerwashers to spiff up the other buildings to make them look as nice as Building A where your leasing office is.....Anyone considering renting here should tour the complex first you will see the difference.

A lot of people are trashy and leave shopping carts in front of the buildings. They also have a big bee problem in the warm months. One guy tosses full trash bags off the balcony because he is to fat and lazy to carry it down the stairs. He comes down after 10 min or so and throws it out. Also most people are good with keeping the dogs quiet, this same person lets his two dogs bark and never tells them to shut up. Annoying.
