Mixed feelings

If you have an emergency they take for ever to fix the problem. I have two neigbors I can not stand because of the noise that they make late at night, and complaing does nothing. They say no pitts or german shephards but they are all over the complex and so are the BM's. The parking is terrible there are never enough and then there are people that take up 3and 4 spaces. My apartment was infested with fleas on a Friday night and we called the office they didn't have anyone come over until Tuesday, and we don't have any pets! We had to pay someone to come and spray our apartment. I can not wait until my husband and I can move out!
