I moved here from Jersey City and it was the best thing I ever did.
Living in this community was a very pleasant experiance.
The office and maintenance staff are always very professional and friendly.
The grounds are always kept clean and well manicured.
I always felt safe walking the grounds after sunset.
And although parking was not always right in front of your entry door it sure beats having to find a parking spot on the street and having to move it the next morning for street cleaning purposes.
Besides, a little walking never hurts.
The only reason I am not residing at Ken Gardens any more is that my life took me in antother direction.
But if I did have to come back to the Aberdeen area you could be rest assured that I will be filling out a lease form at Ken Gardens.

You definitely work for the complex..the grounds are far from well kept and the buildings that are at the back of the complex are neglected and ignored.The front building are maintained much better to keep up appearances an because building A houses the leasing office..they recently paved and did only the front half the back part of the complex was just patched and the lines for the parking spaces are all spaced irregular some are standard width and others are barely wide enough to fit a car in.
There are at least five broken down cars in the complex that have sat in their same spots for months now and they only trim the hedges around the buildings once a year.....stop trying to sell this place as shangrila,it's far from it.

What about the shoping carts everyone leaves in front of the buildings? Trashy! Oh and one guy literally tosses his trash from the balcony and comes down like 10 min later to throw it away. Unbelievable.
