The first building you see when your enter the complex is Building A,appearance-wise it is the nicest in the complex because the leasing office is there,the landscaping in the rest of the complex doesn't even compare,and even though it is a large complex there are NO laundry facilities,even though they used the promise of them being installed in the future when they baited new tenants in a few years back...you will also notice the freshly paved and painted parking lot..don't let those two things bait you in!!!!That is about the only area they paved in the whole complex when they did it in July,the rest is worn out and patched.
Take a tour of the complex and you will see only the front half of the lot is paved and when you look back near buildings D and E those two building are in dire need of exterior cosmetic work,shutters missing all over,patios are full of garbage and nobody enforces cleanliness off those areas,people are using sheets for curtains and they have broken down vehicles and boats stored in the parking lot year round that never move it's almost an embarassment to invite guests over if you are unfortunate enough to get placed in one of the apartments in those two buildings.
The parking lots are also patched and haven't been paved in years,after this winter comes I am sure all of the potholes will be back in those areas.You always have to keep your fingers crossed when it comes to the plumbing and the sheetrock work that has been done in this apartment was done by an idiot,and they use the cheapest paint they find.
I can't wait for my lease to come up because after seeing the continued neglect my building and others have suffered from since I moved in a few years ago I can only suspect that it is only gonna get worse.

P.S.-DON'T COME HOME LATER THAN 8PM IF YOU WANT TO GET A PARKING SPOT ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR APARTMENT,IT'LL NEVER HAPPEN.
