I have been living in the complex for about 4 months. So far I love the actual apartment itself. It is cozy and I do feel at home. We at first had some issues with noise, but after complaining a few times it was taken care of. Our neighbors keep to themselves as do we. So far any issues we have had have gotten taken care of. The office does have a dont bother me attitude, and can be bitchy, our electricity was off and she asked us if we payed the bill. It DID have to do with the complex, it took a few hours for them to fix it, on one of those hot, humid summer days.

The complex does look nice, and is the nicest apartment we have had. I love the balcony and the floor plan and really you cant beat the price. I do wish they had recycle bins near the trash dumps though.

On a more serious note, I did check the sexoffender.com and there IS a SEX OFFENDER living here. Which really made me angry being that we had to take a background check when we moved in. I would like to know what happened in that instance. Which worries me that kids play outside all the time. I guess every place has its issues but the sex offender living here is inexcuseable!

I have up until finding this out always felt safe here, I and really love my apartment. So now I have a little mixed emotions. My husband and I are going to get somekind of lock or security equipment, alarm or something. Just to be safe.
