I've lived here a year now, currently going into my second year, and i have had a pretty decent experience. I live in the same building as the super> any problems we may have had he always helps out and really doesnt make us wait long. He is always polite to us. As far as the apartment itself we really have no complaints. The heat could have worked a bit better but you cant expect everything to be perfect. All our appliances work just fine. There are no bug problems. No peeling paint or anything that would make me leave. I mean it could be a different story in other building but i doubt it. So before you make up your mind solely on negative reviews found here, go and take a look for yourself.
