We are living here for one year now and just signed your lease for another year. First of all though: We are renting from a private landlord. He just happend to own one of the apartments, so it's not quite the same.

Our Apartment looks great inside (thanks to your awesome landlord). If anything breaks we don't even try to bother the management, but ask your landlord and he fixes it right away.

However if there is a problem with anything (water, heat etc.) you do have to call management. That is a problem. The office is practiclly never available. Their lunch break last from 11 to 2. They never get back to you.


The complex itself is okay. Its certainly no luxery living, but its no slum either. You can tell that the building are old, but there are green lawns and trees around. Its clean for the most part. There is also a pool. The maintance takes a long time to get it ready for summer, but its nice, to have a quick swimm


I would put i overall like that:

The good:

- Plenty of Parking anytime of the day
- Very central to everything
- Clean surroundings
- Pool is acceptable
- Our Landlords are awesome
- Its spacios compared to some other places we saw
- No Pets of any type


The bad:
- Some People here are rather ghetto. There is this redneck across the street he screams at his poor kid on a regular basis. The Police is here about once every 2 weeks. But its minor things.

- Some Apartments seem to be in a bad shape
- No laundry facility in premsis. There is one close buy, but its aweful.
- The ladies in the office couldn't care less.
- The fire inspector seems to come buy every day, he loves to give out tickets.
- You cannot grill anywhere.
- The AC is aweful. If you do move in, bring your own.


So afterall we renewed our lease, cause we are going to move in another year anyways. Its acceptable for us, as we do have a great landlord. Renting from the office itself must be aweful though, granted that we once had no running water, and noone cared.
