I have lived here for 15 years and this place was falling apart until they finally opened an office. The young lady does her best to help out the residents and make sure maintenance is done on time. Maintenance does a good job cleaning up the property exspecially over the last few months, and dumspter areas are usually kept clean, besides when people throw there trash everywhere. So i think since opening the office strathmore gardens is continously making improvements.
