We've been here since the spring and so far it's OK. There are some loud neighbors, but there are some nice ones. Our only major problem is the girl in the office never answers the phone or returns your calls. You have to keep calling and calling all day for her to finally answer. We complained that a few things needed to be fixed and some took over a month to be fixed.
