Average - We've been here since the spring and so far it's OK. There are some loud neighbors, but there are some nice ones. I take the good with the bad - I have been living in the complex for about 4 months. So far I love the actual apartment itself. It is cozy and I do feel at home. Pretty good Overall, a nice place to live. The office staff is always very helpful and the property is maintained well. The two major downers are tight parking and having just one central place to dispose of garbage. Also, the recycling bins are usually overflowing by the end of the weekend
