Incompetence Apartment wasn't bad to live in but the people in the office are completely incompetent. They don't have a clue what is going on or how to manage issues.

#1 Maintenance Crew Maintenance crew is fantastic! Once you place a call and a ticket is issued they respond immediately. Whenver there is a snowstorm the guys are out there shoveling away and always do a great job; our saftey is their priority. The most recent storm (12/27/10) the maintenance
