These apartments are very decieving. The grounds are kept nice (landscaping), but the people here are must think this place is a zoo. Kids are always hanging out, near your cars. Bikes are stolen, even from 2nd story decks. Its apparent that drug dealing is going on. Not quiet at all, loud music constantly coming from cars in the lot, 4 different ice cream trucks make their rounds every day/night during the summer with their musical trucks slowly making their way through the complex.
Its a headache waiting to happen. Some may be able to stand it, others I suggest looking for a quiet place with the same rent more towards the shore line. Expensive by my means. I pay full rent. No section 8 for me.
