let me start off with...NEVER LISTEN TO THE MANAGEMENT TEAM AT THE LANDINGS. THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A BUNCH OF LIARS!!! I lived in the landings for one year and left as soon as I cool. When we first moved in they screwed up and put us in a un finished apartment, then when i threatened to go to the state about it they said oh were sorry and you can have one free month...LIE! We ended up paying and paying more than we should have. Things broke left and right and they were never around to fix it. Rent checks were "lost" but to find out later employees were cashing it and keeping it for themselves...we found this out when they took us to court for not paying rent. Sad thing is when they got up in front of the judge we laughed and pulled out the signed receipts. They are nothing but a bunch of idiots that some how got lucky and got a management job they shouldnt have. Apartments are falling apart...they say that they have happy tennents? I went to those tennent meetins and didnt see one happy face there...My suggestion. Go somewhere else...this was probably the most unorganized delapidated crap hole ive ever seen.
