that's all they do is threaten residents. "i'll sue you". I have more eviction notices than I care to count from this idiotic place. This is harassment - I CAN SUE YOU FOR IT.
The first time I got an eviction notice from them I went to court, they must have been suing 65 residents. Something is wrong with them here.
The maintenance men aren't qualified to fix anything except clogged toilets and emergency maintenance is a joke (they have no clue what an emergency is).
At least the owner is living in better digs than this...maybe federal prison is the way to go.
