My boyfriend and I have been living at The Landings for about 4 years now (on Falcon Dr.),for the most part this is a wonderful place to live, it's quiet, and there is security (who do a great job!!....I always feel safe).

However, if anything in your house breaks expect to wait a long time.

Last year our air conditioner broke and it took them over 2 months to fix it; we've also had other things that have broken and the only time they will do anything is if you get nasty and it really shouldn't have to go that far.

I also found it quite comical that they commented back on here, and in such an unprofessional manner, if anything it just makes them look even more guilty.

And it's not just the "loud people who don't pay there rent" who are unhappy with their management team.

We've been sued before for rent that WE PAID!! Apparently they "lost" the payment(word of advice, if you move here make copies or keep receipt of rent payments AND your initial deposit).

So, it is a nice place to live as long as nothing in your apartment breaks and you never have to speak to management.
