OK, I have finally moved out of there.
In the beginning it wasn't so bad.
But as time progressed, it became increasingly less pleasant to live there.
They wouldn't let me break my lease so I opted to just ride it out.
Imagine my surprise when I got a phone call telling me that since I broke the lease they were renting it out in two weeks!! (And fining me!!) LMAO, oh really' (I recorded the phone conversation and have a signed contract to the contrary.)
So through their own incompetence, they broke our contract and since they can't rent to two renters at a time I got out of the lease!! I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone.
But why would you want to live in Absecon/Pleasantville anyway' Scum of the scum of the earth.
Suffice it to say that the current management (as of May, 2010), is lying and incompetent.
But in my case, that worked to my advantage.

Hey to the last person who just wrote about the landings. I just applied there. is it really that bad? I dont want to live in a violent and trashy place. Tell me more about them please?

It is all true. I lived there for one year only and it was time to go. I moved from North Jersey to South Jersey and felt this would be the right thing to do.
The office staff ask you to complete a form and to return to them what you fine when you move in. Well to say the least we found a nasty apartment.
We had to buy over $100 dollars to clean the apartment that was suppose to be ready. The carpet was nasty. Do not be deceived by the model apartment. Also, you have to deal with some of the rudest neighbors and if you get a apartment on Falcon Drive with an Absecon address know that you are a Pleasantville resident.
This place is a joke and if you have any pride about life stand clear and go elsewhere. They also tried to upon leaving charge me with a carpet cleaning fee, for something they never did.
