I'll keep it short and sweet about my experiences living at this place...constant smell of weed, the scum crackheads that lived upstairs of me were too lazy to take their dog out so they let it pee and poop off of their patio onto ours, people constantly getting arrested, 10 welfare suckers to one apartment, and an incompetent office staff, maintenance man whose solution for mold is to paint over it, otherwise a great place to live!
