I have lived in the landings for the past three years, It was affordable because I have had room mates through college. They take FOREVER to fix problems; for instance, my neighbors downstairs complained of a leak over TWO YEARS AGO! They JUST came to fix it.. it was a leaky pipe in the wall next to my closet that dripped water into their closet and RUINED their CLOTHING! They came when we were not home to do the repair.. we were not called prior to the day of the repair and they cut the dry wall in my closet.. leaving a huge hole and dry wall dust all over the carpet.. they left the piece of dry wall out and we had to put it back in.. It doesn't fit back the way they took it out! There is a lot of crime that no one will tell you about.. There have been apartments broken into, unoccupied apartments used for criminal activities such as muggings, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, my boyfriend's car was recently stolen from the parking lot! We often get charged for random fees and have to make a trip to the leasing office to clear them up. Most of the staff is pleasant to work with but some of them are just rude. I have had a very unpleasant experience living here and I can't wait to move out this summer! Also, the rent is WAY too high for the area we are in and for the little amount of storage that the apartments have! If I didn't own a pet, I would have found another place a long time ago. They are one of the only places that allow pets, which I will give them credit for.. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT AT THE LANDINGS! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
