I Love The Landings! I'm a current resident at The Landings and I love it here. I've been here for 2 years and this is my first apartment. The apartment is a great size and has everything I need. The grounds are always clean, and the maintenance are so nice and fix my problems fast.

Works for me Been at the Landings now since Dec. Live on Falcon dr, which seems to be wayyyy better than Whalers dr. Anyways, besides the maintenance staff not fixing things, or trying to, and end up rigging it, the place is ok..

what were we thinking????? this apartment complex has not kept up on its end of the bargain. we were under the impression that if we had any problems, the maintenance would be there to help us, when in fact they took a month just to fix our garbage disposal there are a number of other problems but
