The complex is pet friendly, which is very difficult to find. The buildings are very old, so there are some negatives that go with that, including no A/C, dishwashers or garbage disposals. Parking is provided at an additional cost. On the plus side, the office and maintenance staff are excellent. The rents are very reasonable and include all untilities except electricity, but none of the major appliances are electric (the range is gas). Window air conditioners are permitted. The only real drawback is the trash. Some of the residents can't seem to get their trash into the dumpsters. Luckily, the maintenace staff are quick to clean up.
